She is also an Agile Professional, Scrum Master (Agile-Alliance), Scrum Product Owner, and holds the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Having moved to the U.S. with her son as a single mother, Adalyd maintained a fierce focus and built her expertise in finance, project management, life management for executive women, and process improvement for small businesses.
As she believes there is always a second chance, Adalyd is happily married and has a baby girl after 18 years.
